Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. Your role will involve performing a range of cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors. Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as break rooms and conference rooms - Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules - Ensure all areas are secured after cleaning - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor - Adhere to health and safety regulations Experience: - Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred - Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and practices - Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing - Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers - Understanding of basic facilities maintenance tasks Skills: - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
