Shifts : Opening : 4am-9am

Opening : 4am-9am

Morning : 9am-1pm

Afternoon : 1pm-6pm

Closing : 6pm-midnight

You :

Must have

• Proven experience in exceeding expectations at every opportunity
• Bi-Lingual preferred but not required
• Ability to provide excellent customer service under all circumstances
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving when it comes to helping customers
• A positive, upbeat personality.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively when needed.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is helpful.
• Active CPR / AED certification preferred.

What will you do

• Greet and check in members as they come in.
• Sell memberships, retail, and merchandise.
• Follow up with prospects promptly.
• Ensure a safe and clean health club environment for members and staff.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices
