Job Title: Sales Floor Lead

The Sales Lead will utilize the knowledge and training we provide to strategize and drive sales through our unique processes weekly. The initiative to promote teamwork through quality and productivity with consistent processes is vital to the team's success. In this position you will be expected to lead a team with

positive reinforcement and motivation while supporting the management team with an effective delivery of the company vision.

Compensation:

• Starting window of pay: $15.75 - $18.27 per hour and up (based on experience)

Requirements

Working Conditions:

• Frequent walking and standing
• Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling, merchandise goods, cleaning and load/unload trucks
• Use of merchandise handling equipment such as pallet jack, two-wheel dollies, and box cutters (We provide training)
• Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to but not limited to 50 pounds
• Occasional climbing (using ladder)
• Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level
• Evenings and weekends required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Retail experience preferred
• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Critical thinking/decision making skills
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
