Responsibilities:

• Spruce up our event spaces with paint touch-ups and minor repairs to keep the ambiance enchanting.
• Tackle small plumbing issues swiftly to ensure seamless event experiences.
• Work your magic with drywall and trim repairs to maintain the elegance of our venue.
• Shed light on any electrical issues by replacing bulbs and handling minor electrical repairs.
• Dive into periodic deep cleaning sessions to keep our spaces sparkling, inside and out.
• Roll up your sleeves for carpet cleaning and wall wiping duties to maintain impeccable standards.
• Add a touch of green to our surroundings with light landscaping tasks.
• Keep our banquet equipment in top-notch condition by assembling and maintaining tables, chairs, and more.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in hospitality or a similar setting.
• A knack for painting, plumbing, drywall/trim work, and basic electrical repairs.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Ability to juggle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
