Title: Stewardship and Marketing Coordinator

Relationships: The Stewardship and Marketing Coordinator reports to the Development Manager and directly supports the efforts of the development office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in marketing or communications or other related field
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office or Google Suite including word, excel, and PowerPoint
• Entry-level analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
• Experience supporting a team’s administrative needs
• Experience working with executive leadership and collaborating across multiple departments preferred
• Experience working with non-profit or sales databases and/or digital marketing platforms
• Customer service oriented

Position Summary: The Stewardship and Marketing Coordinator position supports the development office’s alumnae and parent relations, executes the marketing communication plan under the supervision of the Manager, and plays a role in helping build the relationships within the Resurrection community.

Responsibilities:

• Process constituent donations and event registrations for constituent events including alumnae reunions, special events and constituent engagement events
• Develops a comprehensive database management guide to ensure data is accurately maintained for fundraising and cultivation purposes
• Support the school’s stewardship efforts including, but not limited to mailing all donor acknowledgement letters
• Supports the department Manager to execute special events; tasks assigned as needed
• Works directly with the development director to execute the department’s marketing communication plan including but not limited to the communication both print and electronic, email marketing and manages the social media networks
• Create and/or prepare spreadsheets, forms, reports, and documents as requested
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to thirty pounds
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Perform other related duties as required
