Restoreez is searching for technicians who are self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Starting pay is $17-$22 per hour based on experience - PLUS BONUSES
About this position:
Our Water Mitigation Technicians will perform various duties required to mitigate water damage. This includes but not limited to, responding to emergency flooding calls, removal of damaged materials, and activities required for drying & cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Water mitigation (testing, demo, remediation and rebuild)
- HVAC duct cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning.
- VCT tile scrubbing and buffing
- Property maintenance services
- General construction work
- Attic insulation
- Duct sealing
- Other various handyman work
Qualifications and requirements:
- Traveling within the Tampa Bay area.
- The work is physically demanding for this position.
- Night work/after-hours is a requirement when the opportunities present themselves. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours of work.
- General handyman and basic hand tool knowledge required.
- Flexibility to adjust to different job duties and assist in other divisions if necessary.
- Willingness to take IICRC certification (WRT, ASD and AMRT) with coursework paid for by employer.
- Must submit to drug test, background check, & DMV MVR.
Preferred Skills
- Attention to detail is a must for this position, and training will be provided for all jobs.
- Experience with water mitigation & construction
- WRT Certification helpful
