Restoreez is searching for insulation & duct sealing technicians who are self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Starting pay is $17-$22 per hour based on experience - PLUS BONUSES

About this Position:

Our insulation technicians will perform various duties to weatherize homes in order to increase energy efficiency including insulation blowing and duct work sealing.

Responsibilities:

• Attic insulation blowing.
• HVAC duct sealing.
• Other various handyman work.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Traveling within the Tampa Bay area.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures including climbing, crawling, lifting, balancing, handling materials, and kneeling.
• Night work/after-hours is a requirement when the opportunities present themselves. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours of work.
• Flexibility to adjust to different job duties and assist in other divisions if necessary.
• General handyman and basic hand tool knowledge required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comply with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to pass a background check and DMV MVR.

Preferred Skills

• Attention to detail is a must for this position, and training will be provided for all jobs.
• Experience with insulation blowing, HVAC duct sealing, and restoration.
