Full Time available from Denver North to Castle Rock

*** $5000 SIGN ON BONUS*** for Full time employment - Minimum of 25 visits per week

Compensation is paid on a Per Type of Visit basis - Up to $130.00 per visit

***INCENTIVES for exceeding the minimum number of visits***

Mileage Reimbursement from patient home to patient home of $.59 per mile

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will:

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• The Physical Therapist - PT will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved program
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
• One (1) year home health and clinical experience preferred.
