Restoration East specializes in structural concrete repair and waterproofing, with a focus on parking structures. We are searching for motivated and ambitious project management candidates. Projects are concentrated within the DC and Baltimore metropolitan areas.
Project management responsibilities include:
1. Managing field personnel and subcontractors
2. Planning and maintaining project schedules
3. Forecasting project equipment and material needs
4. Understanding and managing project documents, drawings, daily reports, submittals
5. Communicating and coordinating work with subcontractors, owners, and engineers
6. Attending and participating in project meetings
As an assistant project manager, you will initially support other project managers as you learn the trade. Ultimately, the goal for every assistant project manager is to develop and eventually lead their own projects.
A degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management or a related field is preferable but not required. Relevant experience may be substituted instead.
