As a Professional Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying both internal and external candidates to join our journey. We prioritize building diverse talent pipelines, employing strategic sourcing methods, and fostering robust relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Cultivate and sustain a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize innovative research and sourcing techniques across multiple channels.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Drive employee referrals and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Participate in relevant recruitment events and strategic functions.
  • Lead and contribute to global continuous improvement projects.

Competencies:

  • Quantitative: Proficiency in utilizing Excel and ATS systems to track and measure recruitment metrics.
  • Analytical: Ability to leverage data and research to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Conceptual: Develop clear sourcing and research strategies to address staffing needs.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior executives and stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Influence and Negotiation: Persuade hiring managers and negotiate offers and compensation packages with candidates.
  • Work Management: Capacity to manage multiple openings concurrently, prioritize tasks, and proactively solve problems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the talent market for both technical and business roles.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work from our Miami Headquarters Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-5 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience, preferably with a mix of both.
  • Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing, engagement, and recruitment.
  • Experience in full life cycle recruitment, including extending offers.
  • Excellent customer-service orientation with the ability to build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships.
  • ATS experience, preferably with Greenhouse or Workday
