Established, local, well known independant restaurant is seeking an experienced chef/Manager. Great work environment, 5 day work week, free parking and meal allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day culinary operations and staff management
• Maintain and manage prep, production, and meal service periods
• Assist with sanitation and kitchen maintenance programs
• Coordinate restaurant and catering orders
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Work to create a memorable experience for guests and ensure efficient service periods

Qualifications:

• 10 years experience in a scratch kitchen
• ACF certification or culinary degree preferred
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
