Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for completing Assessments, ISPs, CEPPs, and SRAs within a specific time frame. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs

- Utilize crisis intervention techniques to address immediate mental health concerns

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment

- Provide direct support and guidance to clients in managing their behaviors and emotions

- Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Experience:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

- Valid licensure or certification as a Clinician (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

- Experience in providing therapy and counseling services

- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques

- Knowledge of crisis management strategies

- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
