- Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls.
- Verify insurance benefits.
- Obtain authorizations for office visits.
- Post patient payments to accounts.
- Collect past due balances on accounts.
- Research and resolve insurance issues.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
- Work independently and within a team.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy.
