13 - Week Contract Position

Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Description:

• Setting: Mixed - IP Acute, Swing bed, Outpatient, SNF (most heavily weighted on outpatient)

Start Date: 4/15/24
Experience: at least 1 year of experience required, prefer more
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-430, approximately 40hrs/week but not guaranteed
Case Load: 6-8 patients per day
Culture: Small facility, rural setting, no strict productivity standards, therapists work closely with in-house providers

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $51.00 per hour
