Job Description:

We are bringing on ServiceNow as our new work management system and need a project manager. This position will be responsible for organizing, planning, monitoring, scheduling, etc.

Skill Sets:

• Excellent team and project leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, monitor, and schedule all activities involved in a system implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all Stakeholders.
• Ability to understand Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O) business functions and processes, while translating them into system requirements.
• Excellent group facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports reflecting tasks, action items, due dates, and budget items.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in successfully leading system implementations, preferably in ServiceNow.

• Professional experience in higher-education is preferred but not required.
• Development of agendas and leading stakeholder meetings.
• Process modeling documentation.
• Developing requirements documents, reports, specifications, and analysis.
• Experience in developing and successfully executing new system implementation plans.
• Experience in planning and organizing meetings and meeting agendas.
• Experience in monitoring project schedule and budget.
