Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with Salesforce and Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with user story creation and testing.
• Experience with Salesforce implementation; must have completed at least one implementation.
• Experience with stakeholder management in a client-facing role.
• Experience in banking industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects.
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies throughout project phases.
• Develop user stories and execute testing phases.
• Engage actively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables related to Salesforce environments.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations and standards within the Salesforce platform.
