Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience with the 3DExperience Platform.
• Proficiency in Enovia Lifecycle Management.
• Change Management experience.
• Experience in mechanical design using CATIA V5/V6.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, and Engineering Processes testing/validation.
• Experience drafting technical documentation and training materials.
• Experience in requirements gathering and best practices documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues with 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA 3DX.
• Mentor and support daily operations on the Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Document and standardize best practices for team efficiency.
• Collaborate with software vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Monitor and manage support requests in a service desk application.
• Participate in testing and validation of new CAD and PLM processes.
• Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting assistance.
