Resource MFG is currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a leader in the supply chain industry in the Nashville, TN area. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with competitive pay and benefits. 

Supervisor experience is required.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor include:

· Manage daily warehouse operations including the supervision of all employees and overall efficiency of the warehouse

· Communicate and engage with all team members regularly and gain feedback

· Consistently meet and/or exceed all performance metrics

· Manage employee attendance, schedules, time off, and ensure necessary approvals

· Complete daily checklists and escalate concerns 

· Motivate employees to reach their target goals

· Resolve questions, concerns, facilitate meetings and provide feedback

· Address performance issues and manage communication, complete necessary paperwork and provide follow-up

· Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or prior experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations 

· Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

· Experience in managing, leading, and coaching teams

· Ability to work independently

Pay: This is a salaried position ranging in between $58,000 - $77,000 annually, based on previous experience and skills

Work Schedule

· Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week

· This position may require additional work hours as needed
