IMMEDIATE OPENING, PART-TIME SPANISH TRANSLATOR, TROY OH

1st shift- 24-30 hours a week

Pay rate: $25

 Responsibilities;

• Assist non-English speaking associates with the new hire application process and guiding them through the necessary steps.
• Serve as a translator during interviews, between hiring managers and non-English speaking candidates.
• Support the Human Resources new hire orientation by delivering translations of important information and ensuring the understanding of policies, procedures, and benefits.
•  Provide ongoing language support to new hires during their onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
•  Translate departmental documents, such as policies, guidelines, and training materials, to ensure that all associates have access to critical information.
