Role Description
This is a full-time role for a recruiter located in Tupelo, MS.
Must have strong background in full cycle recruiting, interviewing and employee onboarding.
This candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into manufacturing positions, as well as maintaining the hiring center and conducting all orientations and onboarding. The selected candidate will maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring that client needs are met and candidate expectations are exceeded. The candidate must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in high volume recruitment and sourcing
- Background in manufacturing/industrial staffing preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet metrics-driven goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with applicant tracking systems
