ResourceMFG is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Summerville, SC
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of entire facility and equipment.
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Duties:
- Perform maintenance on assembly line conveyors, Fanuc robots, AB PLCs, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic issues that arise.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize schematics, logic controllers, and CMMS software to assist in troubleshooting and repairs
- Welding and fabrication as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Will wear multiple hats and help out in other departments when PM schedule is met and there are no breakdowns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance preferably with an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in using logic controllers and CMMS software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to work independently but interact with production team
- Effective communication skills in English
