ResourceMFG is hiring experienced Machine Operators we can train to run CNC Mills. While prior CNC experience is a plus, it is not required to apply for this position. We are looking for individuals with manufacturing machine operator experience, a great work ethic, and who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, environment.

• Full time
• 12-hour shifts 6:30am to 6:30pm
• Sun. to Tuesday or Thurs. to Sat. every other Wednesday
• $18/hr

CNC Operator Duties: 

• Load and unload raw materials into machine 
• Set up and calibrate HAAS CNC Mills 
• Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures 
• Perform cleaning of equipment 
• Monitor machines as they run and adjust as needed 
• Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications 
• Abide by company safety guidelines 

Requirements:

• High school diploma / GED.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

• Previous manufactruing experience a plus. 

• Be able to handle and inspect small and delicate components using a variety of tools. 

• Basic computer skills for data entry.

• Must be able to read and write in English.
