The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and be comfortable working with spreadsheets on a daily basis.

Schedule: Monday – Friday ; 8am-5pm

(availability with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons)

Pay: Starting is $13/hr Paid weekly ; increase potential after training is complete

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Generate and process invoices
• Manage inventory records and ensure accuracy
• Run statements and reconcile discrepancies as needed
• Utilize Excel and Word for various office tasks
• Maintain organized files and records
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel and Word; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Monday - Friday availability with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons
