Summary:

Goodwill Industries of South Texas Staffing Services is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Pharr, TX. This position will perform a variety of data entry tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company. Duties include entering orders, collecting payments, verifying information, and entering invoices into the company’s system.

Essential Functions:

• Preform high volume data entry.
• Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from clients.
• Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
• Creating accurate spreadsheets.
• Handling additional duties from time to time

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a retail environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work on a team to meet goals and accomplish tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
