General Ledger Accounting Manager

At Resource MFG we are looking for a General Ledger Accounting Manager
Pay rate up to $39.00 per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Duties include:
- Preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
- Maintaining the general ledger system and chart of account
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial statements and management reports that provide tactical and strategic insights; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable ? Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Cost Accounting experience especially on inventory management and valuation in a manufacturing environment
- Managing Accounts Payable
- Managing Accounts Receivable
- Daily Cash Management Functions
- Cash Forecasting
- Implement Controls and process improvements
- Performing other related duties as necessary

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Experience in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of GAAP
Experience with inventory management and valuation in a manufacturing environment
