ReSource Pro is looking for a dynamic Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations in the US. The Accounting Manager will provide direct support to the Senior Manager, Controller and global finance teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of ReSource Pro financial information. This includes financial accounting and reporting, routine accounting operations, audit support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a remote position that can work from anywhere in the USA but will work in either Central or Eastern time zone business hours. Because this role works as part of a global team, regular evening meetings are required.

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a liaison between the accounting department, employees, and outside constituents.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and work practices
• Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. employees and the global finance team.
• Oversee daily accounting operations
• Act as the primary point of contact during the annual audit process
• Lead, coach and develop a remote team of accounting professionals
• Support M&A and related diligence and integration activities and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7 years in mid-sized services company Accounting/Finance department with ERP system
• 3 years' combined experience supervising AP/AR or General Ledger
• 3 years’ experience in the following areas:

• Intercompany accounting
• Revenue recognition
• Payroll accrual

• Resourceful and accurate
•  Ability to offer fact-based recommendations and decisions to solve complex problems
• Confidently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Results-oriented and able to troubleshoot problems
• Excited about mentoring a team and building a collaborative environment

We prefer:

• ERP Implementation experience
• Experience working for Private Equity company
• Experience working in a global shared services environment
