Resort & Casino Havasu Landing is Hiring a Mini Bar Attendant Near Lake, AZ

DEPARTMENT: BAR :
REPORTS TO: BAR MANAGER:
QUALIFICATIONS::
- Must qualify for gaming license
- Cannot be convicted of felony
- Must be age 21 or older
- Must have high school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Must possess basic math skills
- Retail experience preferred/not required
- Must have some prior cash handling experience
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language
- Must be able to bend, stretch and lift 45 lbs. repeatedly
- Must be able to stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time
- Manage mini bar inventory
- Report discrepancies to management
- Must be accurate and accountable when handling cash and merchandise
- Must possess great customer service skills
- Assist Casino patrons by directing them to or calling for them a Slot Tech, Security or Manager, etc.
- Must be able to process daily cash and sales of cigarettes, beer, wine, liquor, snacks, and miscellaneous items
- Ability to serve complementary soft drinks, cocktails and maintain a fully stocked, neat and organized sales counter
- Must be able to stock cigarettes and cigarette machine, beer, wine, liquor, snacks, and miscellaneous items
- Other duties will include general cleaning and maintenance of work area
- Attendant will receive deliveries of cigarettes and store cases in designated areas
- Ability to monitor customer base to ensure that complementary soft drinks are given out to gaming patrons only
- Cocktail duties include making regular rounds thru the main Casino floor, dispensing soft drinks, delivery and collection of cash and charge liquor items
- Must be able to comply with all gaming regulations as applied and S.O.P. cash handling policies
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- All duties as assigned
