• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless tenant relations
• Provide expert advisory services to clients on NNN investment opportunities

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in NNN leasing transactions, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of NNN lease structures, terms, and negotiation strategies
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and drivers in the NNN sector
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active real estate license in the relevant state(s)
