Our company has an exciting new opening position for a Wireless Account Associate providing services here to customers in the heart of Braintree. As an Executive Authorized Telecommunications Provider with Verizon, we are delivering digital and wireless solutions that are built right.

As a Wireless Account Associate with our company, the role will involve engaging with customers professionally to ensure seamless communication on products and services available to them. The Wireless Account Associate will be responsible for answering any customer inquiries and addressing specific concerns. Being a leading provider in telecommunications does not happen overnight. It takes our Wireless Account Associates team to be detail-oriented, up to date on cellular services and mobile technology, and provide the best customer experience possible.

Wireless Account Associate Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Verizon’s product guidebook with full service descriptions to access that knowledge necessary to accurately communicate with customers and address their needs to find solutions
  • Engage with customers to build a better understanding of what exactly they are looking for and why they have a desire to learn about services and potential upgrades
  • As a Wireless Account Associate, develop a custom personal strategy to accurately notate customers personal information ensuring confidentiality
  • Ensure customer contact information is notated properly, as well as managing customer accounts during and after the sales process
  • Be able to persuasively present and close sales deals using negotiation skills to find the best solution and price for our loyal customers
  • Promote product and service features that result in upgrades

Qualifications:

  • Tech enthusiast with a desire to learn new advancing technology
  • Highly computer proficient is a bonus when working with Verizon’s technology and telecom systems
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not essential
  • People oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and experience closing sales deals is a bonus but not required
  • Active listening when working with customers to meet their desired needs and personalize their experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,387.05 - $49,842.47 per year
