Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at our Macaron Shop. 

Requirements

- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our variety of macaron flavors and offerings.

- Process payments accurately and efficiently and handle any refunds.

- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our product range, including ingredient information, and provide recommendations based on customers' preferences and dietary needs.

- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and clean retail environment, restocking merchandise as needed.

- Assist with inventory control procedures.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate them to the management team when necessary.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in a bakery or confectionery environment.

- A passion for macarons and a willingness to learn about our product offerings.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.

- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Hours

Tuesdays and Thursdays

9AM - 1PM
