Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for growing the company’s online presence through social media and email campaigns. Duties will include overseeing the company’s social media accounts, creating and updating social media posting schedules, replying to comments from subscribers, along with creating weekly email campaigns for each division. A company laptop, and cell phone will be provided. Travel may be required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
• Encourage greater social media participation
• Manage external marketing communications including; e-blasts, social media campaigns and press releases using an editorial calendar
• Track and report competitor activity on social platforms
• Report monthly social media and email campaigns KPI’s
• Work both on and off site to meet deadlines
• Work on multiple projects at once
• Support the marketing team as needed

Education/Skill Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker
• Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
• A high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of both Mac and Windows 10 operating systems
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Good organization skills
• Associate’s degree or 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing environment
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B Marketing
