Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is one of the largest community health centers in Massachusetts serving Worcester, Framingham, Milford, and the surrounding communities. We are a thriving and growing organization, and our team is expanding across sites to support this growth.
We are currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator based in Worcester. The Marketing Coordinator role will support the visibility of the Health Center through supporting marketing efforts including social media, website, branding and community events. This role will also support the organization’s communications through facilitating the development and distribution of internal and external communications.

Essential Functions:
- Manage social media presence and engagement.
- Develop content for communications (internal/external).
- Assist with managing community event calendar, including event preparation and representation.
- Research new marketing opportunities.
- Distribute the weekly employee newsletter.
- Coordinate printing and mailing for organization functions.
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones and welcoming visitors.
- Prepare correspondence, oversee mail, filing, and other office duties.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Ability to understand and work with diverse constituents.
- Good written and oral skills.
- Technical skills: Design, social media, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
