Field Manager for a Commercial Construction Cleaning Business
This position is full time and includes both salary and bonus, contingent upon performance. We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaker who can manage our crews cleaning up large commercial construction projects before they are turned over to the owner.
No direct experience is required, we will train you. What is required is someone who will show up on time, work hard, communicate clearly: to the employees you manage, to the customers we serve, and to senior management of Resolute. This is not a desk job - you will be on your feet most of the day and when you aren't, you are most likely to be driving between jobs.
You will be joining a strong, lean team and a fast growing business that believes in giving all managers as much responsibility as they show themselves capable of handling, and paying them accordingly.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
