This entry-level customer service position earns a competitive wage of $16-$18/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICES SPECIALIST / CASE MANAGER

As an entry-level Member Services Specialist / Case Manager, you come to work each day ready to assist the doctor in gathering information and presenting recommendations to our practice members. You are a people-person by nature and enjoy working one-on-one with our members as you provide comprehensive consultations, perform portions of their exams, and take x-rays. Once a practice member starts a healthcare program to optimize their health, you will help to explain treatment equipment to them, track with them during the course of their program via reassessments, and lead them into optimal health through encouragement and education along the way. From the first phone call with the practice member, to delivering educational touchpoints during consultations, to working alongside our doctors to help guide practice members in their health, you are a valuable asset to our growing team. From start to finish, you help support our practice members throughout their health journeys. Whether working as a financial liaison or assisting with payments, you find it fulfilling that your job is diverse and there are always new things to learn. Each day, you take part in the incredible healing that occurs in our office!
