Laquinta Inn Atlanta Airport is Hiring a Night Auditor Near Atlanta, GA
- Conduct nightly audits to verify the accuracy of all financial transactions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean and welcoming
- Address any guest concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the daytime staff to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Hourly wage: $15 per hour
