**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Guest Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.

**Duties:**

- Greet, welcome and ensure the guest arrival and departure process is amazing.

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities

- Process reservations and manage room assignments

- Address guest complaints and escalate issues as needed

- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department

- Perform night audit duties as required

**Experience:**

- Marriott Fosse Experience Very Strongly Preferred.

- Previous experience in guest services, hotel management or tenured front desk agents

- Proficiency in handling phone systems and guest relations

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
