As a Maintenance Tech, here’s what you can expect:

We are looking for a hard-working, customer-oriented individual who is passionate about building and creating things. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all maintenance related activities, including HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work, and remodeling projects. The successful candidate will enjoy working independently, as well as with a team, and will prioritize getting the job done right the first time.

Here’s who will be a great fit as a Maintenance Tech:

• Previous experience in a similar role and environment
• Be able to climb a ladder.
• Be able to lift heavy objects./Have knowledge of standard truck repair techniques.
• Understand different types of power tools.
• Troubleshoot machines and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Be able to understand complex schematics.
• Be able to follow procedures.
