Role Description

This is a full-time role for General Manager at our newest club for Reserve. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the facility. They will be responsible for coordinating and supervising staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, managing budgets and financials, and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders. This role is an on-site position located in North Miami Beach, FL.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Padel or other sports is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Understanding of Padel
