* Specially trained in Pega. Either assigned in a COE to develop and maintain core business process or assigned to a BIAC to develop and customized specialized business processes.
* Ability to elaborate and configure domain models supporting business processes and business rules.
* Specialist in rapid prototyping and user interface layout.
* Influencing the required business processes and flows
* Influencing the required analytics and KPI metrics
* Influencing the direction of the Company*s Insight and Agility Architecture and deployment
. Assisting in the program management and governance across all key initiatives
