Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from patients seeking to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide assistance.
Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and provide appointment reminders.
Efficiently manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Collect patient information accurately and enter it into the scheduling system.
Optimize scheduling efficiency by maximizing provider availability and minimizing gaps in the schedule.
Follow scheduling protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent scheduling practices.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members, such as medical assistants and administrative staff, to coordinate patient appointments and services.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of scheduled appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Adhere to privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Stay updated on clinic policies, procedures, and service offerings to effectively communicate information to patients.
