Sales Operations Admin
Responsibilities and Duties
- Gathering information for data entry in accurate and timely manner to avoid backlogging
- Maintain data in various systems such as Smartsheet and Excel
- Review data for completeness and accuracy
- Work closely with Sales team and their respective support groups in a fast-paced environment
- Once trained, this role is highly independent and will process work according to the needs of the sales teams
- Various other administrative tasks as assigned
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to time manage and adjust to shifting priorities
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to read architectural blueprints is a plus
- Experience in Smartsheet software is a plus
- High school diploma
- 1 year experience in construction industry
