ServiceNow Developer
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, this position is on site 5 days per week
Salary: 90,000 - 115,000
*Candidates who require visa transfer or sponsorship will not be considered for this role. Applicants must reside in the United States*
Overview:
Our client leverages cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and efficiency. They are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to contribute to the development of high-quality software and web applications within their growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI components, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the ServiceNow applications through testing and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience developing within the ServiceNow platform.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript is essential.
- Preferred Experience: Knowledge and experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
