Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We're currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to provide attentive care for our existing clients and drive sales revenue. In this role, you'll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, expanding our book of business, exceeding sales targets, processing inbound orders, and responding to customer inquiries. Responsibilities Include:

· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, offering detailed insights into our product offerings and services.

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to meet and exceed targets.

· Maintain meticulously accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and the dynamic sales pipeline.

· Engage proactively by making daily phone calls and emails to both current and potential clients, including targeted prospecting and diligent follow-up.

· Consistently meet and surpass agreed-upon sales targets and key performance metrics.

· Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through various channels (email & phone), helping to resolve any issues.

· Process incoming orders, provide order confirmations, and generate invoices through QuickBooks, while also offering tracking information for shipped orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or sales roles, ideally within a B2B environment.

Exceptional communication skills coupled with a natural aptitude for building strong relationships.

Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve established business goals.

Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
