Summary
This position answers all incoming customer inquiries and works entirely on the phone, text or via email, assisting sales by means of collecting new customer information, explaining our services, handling objections and introducing customers to our outside sales representatives.

Remote Status: Currently fully remote, will transition to a hybrid model of in office and remote work. Must be able to report for work at the corporate office.
