You’ll attend to resident repair requests / work orders, then visit the properties to assess and troubleshoot, plus fix and repair the issues.

Compensation : $25 - $28 hourly
$25 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
- Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent
- EPA Certification is required
- 7 years experience in maintenance or residential rental properties (apartments, condos, houses)
- 7 years experience with troubleshoot & repair of residential air conditioning, appliances, plumbing & electrical
- 7 years experience with apartments and houses make-readies, turnovers and light rehabs
