Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Duties: - Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service - Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates - Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees - Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability - Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations in their absence Experience: - Previous experience in a retail management role is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers - Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required - Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus - Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in training and development of staff members We offer competitive compensation and benefits package for this position.
