Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of a tire store/center that markets to both retail and commercial clients. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Hires and manages store personnel. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs.
