Reno Sports Bar is Hiring a Busser Near Lansing, MI

Reno’s Bussers are responsible for assisting the Kitchen staff, Servers and Bartenders, resetting all areas of the dining room and ultimately responsible for taking care of guests in a friendly, engaging manner.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning tables, setting decor, condiments, napkins, service plates, utensils, etc.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.

Supports wait and kitchen staff by delivering/restocking needed items.

Closes facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.

Communicates with guests on a friendly professional level.

Professional appearance, positive attitude.

Works well in a team environment.

Dependable, reliable means of transportation.

Reliable and flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Strong focus on detailed cleanliness.

Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Some full service restaurant experience is preferred.
