Reno Sports Bar is Hiring a Bartender Near Lansing, MI
The Reno’s Bartender enthusiastically provides an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. Our skilled Bartenders must be able to create classic and innovative cocktails, has extensive beer and wine knowledge as well as full knowledge of Reno’s standard menu and daily specials.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bartending experience in a full service restaurant preferred, not required.
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Interact with Guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining orderly bar.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager.
