Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
In this role, you will need sharp attention to detail and a strong administrative background to assist our administrative team in meeting facilitations, office management, running of local errands, taking meeting minutes, assisting with building PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses, costs, and running reports
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced skills in Excel/PowerPoint (required)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance- Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree required
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $28-31/hourly
